I use evidence based practice along with practical to make my students able enough to subject the techniques and learning in their daily life.
I prefer to use ppts along with books to make it easier for my students to understand fully.
I do highly think, students need rest and breaks to learn quickly.
Over burdening our students burnout the capabilities of brilliant students, along with average students. So, I give special emphasis on below average and average students to make them confident enough in their own life's.
In the contemporary classroom, five distinct teaching styles have emerged as the primary strategies adopted by modern teachers: The Authority Style, The Delegator Style, The Facilitator Style, The Demonstrator Style and The Hybrid Style. So I will make sure, I do adapt all these styles for my students.
The authority style is primarily used in a lecture or auditorium setting, whereby the teacher will give a lengthy, one-way discussion on a pre-assigned topic whilst students take notes and memorise key pieces of information.
Though popular in higher-education when there is a large group of students present, the authority or lecture style is less common in the standard classroom setting. This is because the strategy offers little to no student participation, making it impossible to meet the needs of each individual pupil.
I will maintains authority in the classroom, just like the lecture or authority style of teaching. However, the demonstrator style combines lectures with other teaching methods, such as multimedia presentations, demonstrations, and class activities, rather than relying solely on verbal lectures. I will make sure, to be actively using the strategies for my students.
