I use questions to work out what areas need work and then seek to address those issues in turn. The aim of the sessions is to find knowledge gaps and then address them. The most important thing to me is that the pupil finds the sessions fun and engaging and that they feel happy to ask questions. There are no studpid questions and I think it is vital that pupils do not feel afraid to get things wrong.
