My name is Virginie, I love yoga, the outdoors, learning and being a coach!

I am passionate about helping you find clarity, committed to bringing the best out of you, I will be supporting your development with integrity, compassion and empathy throughout our time together. I will do this by creating a safe space for you to think, explore and grow without any fear of judgement.

I will get to know you and your goals by asking you questions, by actively listening to you, by sharing my observations with you and helping you set some clear goals.

With 24 years experience in retail management and HR partnering, I am a trained coach (through the ICF ACTP programme) and I am credentialed at ACC level with the International Coaching Federation. I have coached customer assistants, directors, new & existing managers, graduates, students, women in business, mothers, solicitors and artists... If necessary I can also offer some mentoring.

I have been recognised for my ability to get people to see the truth in themselves, move forward on their own terms and for seeing the best in people unconditionally.

My style of coaching is gentle yet effective.

I can help you become more self-aware, explore and challenge your beliefs, stretch your own mind and thoughts to enable you to find opportunities, adopt a more positive mindset, improve your self-worth and ultimately achieve what you want to achieve with a clear action plan.
