Teaching philosophy:

Inclusive
By recognising and knowing the diversity of students ages' backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, we aims to set goals and plans for students.

Create a safe and respectful learning atmosphere where all students feel valued and heard, promoting an inclusive learning community.

Be open to adapting teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students. Recognize that different learners require different approaches, and be willing to adjust accordingly.

Be Transparent and communicative:

Apart from students, parents also play the important roles in children' learning. Therefore, our communication are valued not just with students, but their parents/ guardians.

Inspiration
Encourage students to ask questions, explore, and seek answers independent?ly. A curious mind is an engaged mind, and fostering curiosity is essential for lifelong learning.

Growth and Exploration: Music can lead students to different interests including instrumental or theoretical, either way and build more knowledges and allow students to explore themselves.

Real-life experience; encouraging students to participate in examination, such as ARBSM, Trinity ,etc, they can know more through different assessments; Students also be encouraged to try and build their confidence through competitions.
Innovative and Creativity
?
Innovation
Create happy learning atmosphere: which allows students to have their own creativity and thinking on their music playing and reflection
