I am Vincenzo, an Italian chef living in Bristol. I have a chef degree and 9 years experience working as a chef in different countries, restaurants, parties and positions.

All of us are living a really busy life without any free time to cook a nice meal. It is much easier go to a supermarket and get it that do by yourself. Then I think previous generations were more interested to achieve the knowledges to cook. New ones don’t really care about it or they don’t feel ready for that. But in reality everyone can do it if someone show you the way and steps.

Cooking should be one of basic lessons of life. You can have a great time doing it and learn how to enjoy the process. Give a chance to yourself to become a chef! :)
