I have spent the better part of the past 5 years studying the Spanish language. I lived 18 months in the Dominican Republic and in the United States have always have extensive contact with Spanish speakers at school, work, and the university. I have knowledge on both international and regional dialects of Spanish, including Dominican/Caribbean, Castellano (Spain), Mexican, and central American.

I have worked as a teacher aid and have tutored the SPanish language before. Depneding on the level/needs of the client, the lessons may vary. If starting from a basic level, I would start with proper pronunciation and basic concepts. At higher levels I would focus on fluency and comprehension. I also offer group courses, business courses, etc.

Not only do I offer teaching and tutoring the language, but I also can offer insight into fields such as Health and Medicine, Business and Finance, and many more, to expand beyond conversational Spanish. I can also offer practice times to students, which allow them to practice what they've learned and have conversations with each other or me. This will help bring their Spanish to a higher level and allow them to see ways to improve and what they've learned.

For those starting at a level higher that basic, I will evaluate their pronunciation, grammar, and sytax as well as their reading and listening comprehension. After evaluating their level, I will tailor the future lesson/tutoring plan to their needs in order to provide the best service possible. I look forward to serving you and your needs.
