Truly speaking topic, subject doesn't matter much, the way we teach and have 2-way communication with feedback loop is important.

I always believe in breaking complex topics in most effective way so even 4 year person could understand what we meant.
My favorite subjects are - Computer Science, Information Technology, Physics, Interview Preparedness, Rea-life working experience, Markets, Communication skills.

Will make sure to use presentation and all effective way so any topic is explained in most effective way.
I have guided many of my juniors and colleagues during my work experience in my current company, I am confident I could do the same with students as well.
