I believe in The Content-Focused Coaching® (CFC) model is a practice-based professional development system
designed to promote student achievement by coaching teachers to use a set of Core Issues of Lesson
Design and Reflection to plan, enact and reflect on rigorous, standards-based lessons. The
immediate goal of CFC is to help teachers internalize and independently be able to use the Core
Issues to guide their classroom instruction. Long-range, CFC helps to expand the professional
development capacity of a district by assisting teachers to develop their practice and become
resources for other teachers in their school and in the district. Ultimately, the collective work of
coaches and teachers reduces teacher isolation, gives teachers an opportunity to learn from each
other and to develop common habits of thinking, and contributes to the development of a collaborative
learning community. I've 1year coaching experience as a Head Volleyball Coach in California Public School, Moga, Punjab, India(142001).
