I used to give English lessons to my friends daughter, back in Germany. I am more spontaneous when it comes to teaching, since I want to focus on the specific needs in that moment. No matter if it's difficulty with vocabulary, grammar, speaking or homework, I am happy to help.

When it comes to preparation for exams, I like to work with check lists. What things will the exam contain? Which things are you already confident with? Which things do you definitely need a lot of help with?

It's also important to me to know what type of learner you are, to give you the most benefit of your lesson. I'm also aware that every age group needs a different approach and learning method.

Everyone says that German isn't a easy language, but I still want to make it fun to learn and take any anxiety away from it. I want to help my students to improve the level of confidence in speaking and writing in German and enjoy doing it.
