When I am tutoring, my first step is to gather information about my student's learning style. Each person is unique; therefore, I must adapt myself to my student's learning style. I reach that goal by asking some questions. It is not a boring process, it is quick, polite and funny.

But with that information, I am going to adjust the tutoring session. That way, the tutoring session will be very useful and effective.

My main goal is to solve the immediate needs of my students. But I know very well that he could have any knowledge gap. Therefore, I will be very focused to catch any knowledge gap and resolve that.

I do not think about time, I think about high quality. I prefer a one-to-one tutoring session because it allows me to analyze my student's information and increase his skills effectively.
