Why I Love Teaching
Teaching is more than just imparting knowledge—it’s about engaging, mentoring, and empowering students to reach their full potential. My passion for education comes from my ability to simplify complex topics, make learning interactive, and guide students toward confidence and success.
1. Effective Communication & Engagement
With a background in teaching, public speaking, and healthcare, I have developed the ability to communicate effectively, ensuring students grasp concepts in an engaging and meaningful way. My experience as an English Teacher at LiveXP and Student Ambassador at the University of Greenwich has strengthened my skills in delivering structured, dynamic lessons that cater to different learning styles.
2. Personalized & Real-World Learning
I believe education should be practical and student-centered. My expertise in public health, research, and data analysis allows me to bring real-world applications into lessons, making learning relevant and impactful. Whether it’s using case studies, discussions, or hands-on activities, I tailor my lessons to ensure students connect with the material.
3. Encouraging Critical Thinking & Confidence
Beyond academics, I strive to foster confidence, curiosity, and critical thinking. By creating a supportive and interactive learning environment, I help students overcome challenges, refine their skills, and achieve their goals.
4. The Reward of Student Growth
Seeing students learn, progress, and succeed is what motivates me every day. Teaching is not just about education—it’s about building connections, inspiring growth, and shaping futures. That’s why I love what I do. Don’t believe the myth that English is hard. It’s only as hard as you want it to be.
