As a tutor, you’ll need to understand the learning and assimilation pattern of the person you’re teaching, because people are different and your quality will show how well you can still impact know to that person.
My teaching skills and technique are not complicated, because I breakdown all my terminologies and I make sure all my lessons are passed across effectively.
And in some cases that that the person isn’t catching up or his or attitude is different from others, all I need to do is calm the person, give one or two joke to cheer the person and put a smile to his face just to make him follow my teaching.
