I have almost completed a year of work experience within a primary school so I am confident in lesson types as well as the curriculum. The majority of my time has been spent with KS1 but I have also worked with KS2 on a weekly basis. I have access to a range of resources and activities for children to use and practice with. My lessons would consist of recaps, teaching, practice and end with consolidation. I am very patient and can sit with the student and go through any content they are struggling with in any depth they require. I believe that working together and discussing content in conversation is more effective than only being talked at.
