Fascinated by humans since her early childhood, Véronique was born into a family of managers. She herself owned her own business for nearly 10 years. She worked within private organizations on business development and the promotion of Quebec in Ontario. She was also a headhunter for senior managers in the industrial sector for nearly 5 years.

She now works as a Human Resources consultant and certified coach for individuals, teams and managers.
