I have been a secondary school since teacher for the past 12 years. I teach triple science and combined science up to GCSE and I can also teach A Level Physics.
Mathematics and Physics are my best subjects but I also teach both Chemistry and Biology to pupils up to the age of 16. I have a good knowledge of the science GCSE criteria and and can help you meet your targets. I also have a good knowledge of the GCSE required practicals and can provide you with past exam paper questions for practice.
I can plan individual resources for each tuition session based on your learning needs and ability if you make me aware in advance. I can provide regular feedback if required and can help you to accelerate your progress in Science and Math. I usually use powerpoint for my online lessons and draw upon resources from a range of different sources. My lessons are always interactive where i would expect pupils to engage and communicate throughout instead of working on questions independently. I use lesson time to actively teach, question and explore the learning criteria with the pupil. I am able to set questions for pupils to work on independently if this is required and I am also able to help pupils understand current topics in school or help them to complete homework tasks and projects if needed.
I am able to provide past exam paper questions for pupils to practice if this is required and can help pupils understand mark schemes and set themselves a good study routine.
