Learning to draw in certain ways is as simple as learning to observe and notice things. I'll teach you on the subjects you're most interested in — so let's talk about your needs first!

For my lessons, requirements for what to bring to lessons will differ from person to person. It would be best if you have a tablet, a drawing program, and a 2D animation program (it doesn't have to be anything expensive!) to complete assignments. I'll also be developing slide shows for my students on common subjects of interest.

I teach elements of life drawing for animators, design theory for characters (whether it be more western or more eastern), observation skills for general art improvement, visual story telling and analysis of media and more. Please note that I do not teach 3D animation, but my lessons can still supplement a better knowledge of form and design in your case.

Most of my lessons, you will not need more than a sketchbook or paper and a couple of pens, pencils, and your choice of colour tools.

Be ready to have a hands on learning experience, the best way to learn is to do! Any skill level is more than welcome to come and learn with me, there will always be something to learn from another artist.
