Skills: Some of my many skills include excellent communication. Over the past 5 years at Challoners, I have spoken to a wide range of children from both yr7 and yr 11. I have helped them with any issues as a welfare ambassador prior to me quitting. In addition to this, I have participated in several team building activities such as cricket and house competitions. Furthermore, I was also a form representative which meant that I had to talk out loud in front of the year as well as several teachers at the same time allowing me to improve my teamwork as well as leadership skills. This has allowed me to flourish into a better student and overall a better person.
Experience: In my 6 months of volunteering at Barnardos, I had helped out in several ways there, one of them being working at the till. Here, I had helped any customers who needed a little bit of guidance to look for a specific item and checkout their desired item. In addition to this, I worked at the back to sort out any donations. This has further enhanced my teamwork skills as well as my communication skills.
