I have about a year of job experience as a lecturer at a medical university. Term-by-term, I used to teach two distinct classes, and I had a method for making sure that students understood the material conceptually and deeply in addition to finishing the syllabus and assigned tasks on time. I made sure that the principles of medical science in radiology were taught in a thorough manner since I knew that teaching a group of medical students will shape their careers as future scientists and doctors. The majority of my classes were dynamic, with students actively participating in doubt-clearing sessions and student presentations. While I was in class, I created PowerPoints for instruction and also brought in models and demonstrations to help the students have a hands-on knowledge of what their future careers would entail.
My students personally requested that I hold a number of unscheduled lessons just to address their questions and help them manage their stress before exams. Since I am a trained vocalist, I can attest that music has a healing effect on my students' minds. It also helps them de-stress and clear their minds before tests, which has helped 85% of my class receive good results.
