I prefer using Zoom, so that lessons can be interactive via the whiteboard feature! If Zoom does not work for you, other interactive means of media can be found for you! Lessons will range from 1-2 hours at a time, but I am flexible if need be. Lessons will be structured around sharpening your strong areas, as well as strengthening your weaker areas. This will be done through determining why there are weaknesses in knowledge, and tackling these issues. Lessons will be interactive, so that you are able to employ what you have learnt regularly. If you struggle to speak, that is completely fine! If you tell me about how you wish for lessons to be structured, I am open to adjusting plans to accommodate your needs. If you have a question during lessons, please ask even if unrelated to the topic being discussed - it will help me understand what you need and what future lessons need to cover, or whether the current lesson needs to be adapted.
I have been an English tutor for 2 years, and I have assisted in Mathematic lessons for Year 7s for 2 years too. I have held multiple positions of leadership, where I work with children. For example, I assisted in the Anti-Bullying club, as well as being Head of House and organising multiple events to foster community among children. I am also a tutor for sixth form students looking to pursue Law at university, so I am familiar in the tutoring environment.
