I have mentored students into prepare them towards their GCSE exams last year in both English literature and language. I also have experience with secondary children and providing them with an understanding of the English language so they can apply it in their writing to develop their skills. Through out my time in teaching I gained experience in caring for my students and learning how to give them individual attention towards their abilities. This helped them to excel in their education. As a bilingual teacher I know the difficulty that comes with learning a new language, therefore I understand my students when they are in need or find weaknesses in some aspect of their learning. This allows me to aid the students in their education. I believe in engaging the students whiles teaching because a fun lesson helps release happy Hormones and happy memories. This enables my students to gain a retentive memory of the lesson.
As a teacher I also have the best time when my teaching has an impact on my students knowledge and education. I have received great reviews on how dedicated I am to the coarse of teaching. Eg; my formal student raised their grades Whithorn a short time of tutoring with me. This allowed her to be confident in herself during her GCSE exams.
