About me

I am a graduate in mechanical engineering BSc with a PDGE in mathematics gained 2011/12. Having assisted and tutored my own children I am seeking to gain further tutoring experience helping students attain a better understanding in mathematics, for the purposes of examination or self study. I have a personal interest in dyslexic strengths/ weaknesses as having to teach my son who is severely dyslexic gain a solid understanding of maths concepts. Helping to frame the work visually increases confidence in the subject and helps to overcome barriers to learning.
