Hello, I'm Valentin, a friendly 33 year old French who already has experience in teaching his own language to students of any age. I used to work in a conversation cafe in Tokyo, with a charity-company in Glasgow, and gave lessons online. Each of them was a unique experience. After all, each student is an all world to him/herself.

I'm currently following a course to improve my own methodologie, giving new strategies to teach my students in the best way possible. Still, until then, I received positive feedback for my work. I usually work with conversation, using cartoons, video, games, articles or illustration to explore new vocabulary. I usually adapt my lessons to the level of each student, really working to give them a comfortable atmosphere to study and learn.

I want my students to be wrong in their answers, but to try. Because you cannot progress if you don't make mistakes. And mistakes cannot be made if you don't try. Communication is the best way to improve and I'm totally okay with taking a longer time to explain a point that is not clear for someone.
