I use a book such as King Sejong Book for beginner or intermediate levels.

For high intermediate or advanced students' classes will be more customised.
It will depend on the student's goals. If the goal is a TPOIK exam, the class will be focused on it. If it's a personal improvement, films, TV shows or books can be class materials.
