I like to give students time to interact with one another to help their development. I incorporate as much group and partner work into lessons as possible so that students can both complete the learning tasks and socialize.
When helping a student work on their improvement strategies, I first assess where the student might be struggling. We then work together to set an end-of-year goal to ensure they're prepared for the next grade.

My skills in organizing and motivating teams during class projects include delegating tasks, creating evaluation methods for each stage of a project and using my peers' feedback to help us complete difficult assignments. I'm confident that this will help me fit in with your customer service team, as my ability to collaborate and focus on exceeding expectations can be a beneficial addition to the team."
