Hi my name is Vagif Ramazanov and I teach Mathematics ranging from N5/GCSE to Advanced Higher/A level. I have an A* in IGCSE Math and an A in Advanced Higher Math, with a deep passion for the subject. I don’t believe in a one size fits all solution, with me its all about getting to know you and understanding your individual needs and goals. Whether you struggle with algebra, trigonometry, geometry or any Math topic that stumps you, I will work in helping you overcome them. Together we can work towards your goals and I can tailor strategies that resonate with your unique learning style. I can help you improve in areas you lack in and help polish up the areas you are proficient in. I have privately tutored students in the past ranging from N5 to Scottish Advanced Highers, and had the privilege of forming meaningful connections with each of them. Being able to witness their growth, from struggling with challenging concepts to ending up with a complete understanding of it, is one of the most rewarding experiences that I have had as a tutor. The connections that I form with students is one of the driving factors behind my aspiration to teach and I hope that I can continue to inspire and motivate many more students to come. I also tutor Biology, this ranges from N5/GCSE to Scottish Higher. As an aspiring biomedical engineer, this is also a subject I have a deep passion for as it is one of the core features of my degree, therefore I hope to help students struggling with this subject give them the opportunity to enjoy learning biology.
