I have been teaching English to multinational students of all aged levels. My approaches to teaching depend on the type of students I get. Thus, I always diagnose my students in creative authentic ways based on the language course . Oral communication is my primary technique. Initially, I get students to interact with their prospective colleagues involving them with interesting activities so that they would have to use English as they could. In this way I could identify their existing levels of, grammar, vocabulary and functional language skills.
During teaching & learning students would learn joyfully as there would be variety of fun language activities. I mostly use activity based communicative learning approaches so that learners never get bored but use language repairing their mistakes and learn new points of language while acquiring natural speaking skills.
However, my latest approach is based online. I create learning resources and share them with learners via zoom so that the learners could interactively participate with interesting contributions and feedback. Currently I handle small groups of multicultural and multilingual learns online preparing them for Cambridge examinations.
Thus, I assure as an online tutor, I will be a successful facilitator to any type of learner who approaches me.
