While I have never formally tutored, I have always supported classmates and peers with their class work and consistently remained top of my class. I am well-rounded and enjoy a variety of subjects, hence my achievement of an 8 in all my GCSES and a 9 in English language. Despite this, my passion is maths and science and I am preparing to apply to study aerospace engineering at university.
I am a dedicated and enthusiastic person who will invest time and energy into the tutee’s progress, assessing their work as the lessons go on and adjusting to match their learning speed, all while sufficiently challenging them in order to take their learning further. I believe that maths - contrary to popular belief - is not something you are either good at or not. It’s a skill that can be learned and one I endeavour to pass on to others.
