in my lessons i will be providing valuable life stories and knowledge that has significantly improved my life and others. i provide people a hands on approach at bettering their mental health! Through the practice of mindfulness, gratitude and action ANYbody can fix their mental health.
I will guide many students towards a healthy freeing way of life that many may not have experienced. My lesson format will be based on the individual, what they’re struggling with and their separate needs.
