I am a professional teacher in Vietnam, having 2 years experience as a math teacher at public schools and private educational companies. I had opportunities to cooperate with colleagues from the US, Philippines and South Africa as well as teaching students from the US, Greece and Australia.

For me, the crucial factor is to keep students on track. Therefore, homework is essential. I also develop an individualized curriculum for each student which is independent from school's which help students enhance interest in math and performance at school.

Learning mathematics is like an exploration journey. Nothing can be compared to the feeling of victory when completing a hard math problem or exploring the nature of the theorem you are used with. As you understand mathematics concepts deeply, you can see them everywhere surrounding you. That is what makes this subject interesting instead of boring formulas and definitions.

Each of my lesson includes review, checking homework, teaching new knowledge and explaining examples, doing exercises. I always give feedback after each lesson to students and parents.
