Trudy's absolutely fluent French is, of course part of the reason we hired her, but her vivacious personality helped us to overcome our shyness and lack of confidence and really get to grips with the language. I never imagined I could be standing in an art gallery discussing the paintings in French!

Trudy is very calm and clear she has an excellent vocabulary and puts me completely at easy to make mistakes, then she very kindly corrects me.
