Hello!
My name is Trisha and I am a qualified primary school teacher. I have been teaching for 7 years in London and I have a passion for learning and growth. My qualifications include a BA (hons) in Education, PGCE (qts)and I’m currently studying towards Masters in Education Policy.
I would love to offer your child 1:1 online tutoring sessions that are tailored to their needs and requirements. I am passionate about helping students by giving extra support, addressing common misconceptions and teaching new topics.
I am able to support your child in:
- Maths
- English (including SPaG and comprehension skills)
- SATs preparation and intervention
- Multiplication tables check
All lessons will be planned and taught in line with the National Curriculum.
I aim to offer bespoke learning that will meet the needs of your child. I teach with a child-centred approach, ensuring that I get to know your child and family first, identifying the subject areas we need to work on and tailoring each lesson to your child’s interests.
My goal for each lesson will be to develop your child’s knowledge and understanding as well as build their confidence and love for learning with fun, engaging and memorable lessons. Our sessions will begin with a quick maths or SPaG game, then we will recap or learn something new and practice this skill with questions, finally we will recap the lesson and discuss our what our topic will be for our next session.
I would love the opportunity to tutor your child online and help them learn and grow.
Please feel free to ask any additional questions in our video chat.
I look forward to hearing from you!
