Hello, my name is Tracy, and I am from Zimbabwe. I am a dedicated and passionate individual with strong interest in teaching. What sets me apart is my genuine desire and commitment to help students achieve their learning goals.

I believe my personality will make you easily adapt to our learning environment and make you comfortable during our lessons. I am accommodative, fun, approachable and, kind and patient.

I am currently working at Bizmates as an ESL online teacher to Japanese professionals. I have 6 years of teaching experience. I worked as a Teaching Assistant for 4 years at the University of Zimbabwe teaching adults from first year to final year-students. And I also worked as an Early Childhood Development Teacher at Happy Hearts Junior School.

My teaching approach is communicative and student-centered, which means I believe in tailoring my lessons according to the unique needs and learning goals of a student. I use various teaching materials and technics in my class such as flashcards, worksheets, games, videos, songs and warm up activities et cetera.
