My yoga classes will be tailored to you, your needs, goals and current capacity and relationship with yoga. We will start off with a grounding meditation to internalise the minds eye. Movement will be integrated slowly to gain a sense of embodiment and aligning to our intuitive and creative movements. Building rhythm and routine through a dynamic section of the class allows us to focus less on visuals and how our asanas feel within, building from the foundations upward. Integrating vinyasa mudras tests the balance, helps fine motor responses and narrows the mind. The second half of the class will be ground work based to unravel tension deep within the body. We target fascia and use breath techniques to focus the mind and direct energy (qi) around our body. To close, I work with pranayama, guided meditations or philosophy to deepen your self enquiry.
