My lessons tend to focus on exam practice, starting off with a recap of past work, spending most of the lesson on the main topic of the lesson and ending with a more challenging question and a verbal discussion on how the student felt about the topic and whether they'd like to work on it some more in future.
I always do my absolute test to tailor my lessons to the needs of my student, as such my lessons sometimes deviate from this structure depending on whether my student would benefit from a different approach, for example giving a more detailed introduction.

For maths, I believe the path to success features a lot of exam practice which is why that is my main method for improving on any given topic. I'll often encourage my students to bring some of their classwork or homework to sessions so that the area that they'd like to improve on can be pinpointed without any miscommunication. I usually give a demonstration of how to answer a question, then encourage students to work on it with me and give input when they can and once they feel confident enough I have them answer questions independently.

With years of experience and hundreds of lessons under my belt, I am still improving with every lesson. I'm very open to constructive criticism so that I can always do more for my students in the time that we have.
