My classes are a safe and fun place for students to learn. It is ok to make mistakes. As I tell my students, "This is the reason a pencil has an eraser." I am a very patient and compassionate teacher. Teaching is my passion. I am intrigued when students learn and progress to the next learning level. I engage my students in the learning process. The best suggestion I give on a consistent basis is that regular attendance and review of the materials produce the best results. I assess my students levels and meet them where they are. No rush. Learning takes time and everyone learns at a different speed. Lessons are specfic for each learner. All questions and feedback welcome. This helps to improve the learning and teaching experiences.

I am a firm believer that learning should fun and enjoyable. This is what will increase that students adrenaline and intrinsic motivation to want to come to class more and learn more. This will help with the extrinsic motivaton as well. It will encourage them to challenge themselves and push a harder to step out of their comfort zones.

The fact that they can and want to step out their comfort zones shows major growth. Any growth is a milestone and it should be rewardwed. This can be done verbally as well with small rewards. Rewarding along the way is a great way to measure progress and helps the teacher as well as the learner. I am looking forward to working with you. See u in class. Happy Learning!!
