For Chinese, I would likely consult the Chinese textbooks I grew up using at school while adding some little fun activities to engage with students.

In many Asian countries such as China and India, math can be really difficult since schools and teaches would like to prepare students for very advanced math. For example, Chinese students must start learning calculus in middle school, whereas American students can choose to take calculus classes in high school and/or college.
For English, we can progress together, as I am a foreign English speaker too, but do not worry, I have been learning English for 9 years, with 2 years in China and 7 years in USA. I would like to approach English in four main categories: speaking, listening, writing, and reading. These four categories would cover oral and written skills. More specifically as a language, the English language involves vocabulary, grammar, literature, and perhaps more.
