1. Lesson Format: I usually begin with a clear explanation of the topic, followed by practical demonstrations. I encourage questions and discussions throughout the lesson, helping students connect new concepts with their existing knowledge. For statistics, I use Microsoft Excel to teach data analysis, ensuring students get hands-on experience with tools they can use in the real world.

2. Active Engagement: I believe in learning by doing, so I incorporate exercises, case studies, and real-world examples that push students to apply what they’ve learned. Group work and peer discussions are central to the learning experience, promoting collaboration and critical thinking.

3.Content: My content is well-structured and covers the essentials of the subject, whether it’s mathematics, statistics, or financial concepts. I make sure to include real-life applications so students can see the relevance of what they're learning. For example, in accounting, we work on real financial scenarios, and in mathematics, I link abstract concepts to everyday problems.

4. Dynamic Learning Environment: Every lesson is dynamic and adapted to students’ needs. If I notice some are struggling, I’ll slow down and explain concepts in different ways. I often use discussions to help students build on each other's knowledge, as I believe no child is a tabula rasa; everyone has something valuable to contribute.

5. My Experience: With a background in education, accounting, and mathematics, I’ve taught in various settings and developed strategies that help students not only learn but also retain and apply their knowledge. I also integrate AI tools to enhance critical thinking and quiz creation, preparing students for more advanced, modern learning environments.
