I prefer the use of discussion in my lessons as I feel that is the best way to understand English language and literature. However I am also capable and happy to adapt to other teaching methods. As I understand there are different types of learners I feel it best to recognise this to become more efficient. Although I'm generally friendly I thrive for lessons to be productive and drive results.
