So take a few minutes to read my story :)

I started teaching as a replacement teacher of English in my high school.

I moved to Poland for studies and I worked as a part-time English teacher, while studying International Relations and Diplomacy (which covered a whole variety of subjects including history and economy).

During one teaching appointment, I forgot my books and notes and had to adapt on the go and it was there that I discovered a genuine natural talent for coaching.

It was here I stopped teaching and started coaching English.

What is coaching? For me it is guiding someone to become their better self.

At this point my students were becoming better and more confident in using the English language.

I enjoyed seeing the effects of my work on my students and clients - coaching was more fun for both of us, and if something is fun you learn faster.

I often quote two of my students, who learnt to self-grow, as my most successful professional achievements.

I took my coaching abilities into my corporate, agency and startups jobs - mentoring and guiding colleagues and employees who were junior.

(Professional I was a social media analyst, business development manager in software development, digital marketing, e-commerce and fintech, as well as a consultant and account manager.)

(I also founded an environmental NGO)

Sharing my knowledge and experience to see someone grow is an unselfish act - I take much joy in helping others reach their potential.

Further along in my career I hit burnout and started learning about it, setting up a boutique agency to help individuals and companies tackle stress and burnout.

I also started working on my own personal growth, which led me to create another project to help friends and people with their personal growth.
