One approach to teaching online is student-centered learning, which tailors lessons to individual needs, ensuring active participation. Flipped learning is another method, where students review materials before class, allowing sessions to focus on deeper discussions. Effective online tutoring also incorporates formative assessment, providing immediate feedback to track progress. Building rapport and fostering motivation are essential to maintaining student engagement in a virtual environment. This is my approach as I can reach pupils anywhere and help them with their specific needs and allow them to lead the lesson.
