With two years of tutoring experience, I’m a dedicated and friendly tutor specializing in Mathematics and Science for GCSE and A-level students. I achieved twelve 9s at GCSE and secured A* grades in both Mathematics and Further Mathematics at A-level, so I understand the academic challenges and standards required to excel in these subjects. My approach is centered on creating a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and tackling complex topics without hesitation.

I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit each individual. My lessons begin with an assessment of the student's strengths and any areas needing improvement. Together, we set clear goals, whether that’s mastering challenging concepts, refining exam strategies, or achieving specific grades. My teaching method combines clear, step-by-step explanations with active problem-solving and plenty of practice. In Mathematics, I focus on building a solid foundation in core principles while helping students develop critical thinking skills needed for tackling more advanced topics. For Science, I make use of real-world applications to make complex theories relatable and memorable.

I emphasize exam techniques and strategies that build confidence, helping students approach their exams with a clear understanding of what’s expected. By breaking down difficult concepts into manageable steps and encouraging open communication, I aim to create a positive learning environment that supports each student in reaching their full potential. My ultimate goal is to make learning enjoyable and empowering, allowing students to gain both competence and confidence in their studies.
