I believe that politics is not just something we study, but something we live. My teaching style is interactive, discussion-based, and tailored to each learner’s needs—whether you're preparing for an exam, working on coursework, or just want to deepen your understanding of current affairs. I use real-world examples, multimedia sources, and structured debates to bring key concepts to life and help students apply theory in practical ways.
The world of politics can often seem complicated, messy, and frustrating. It can be a steep learning curve to become a student of politics, but once you are, you begin to see the world through a very different lens. I aim to guide you through that journey, helping you ask better questions and build the confidence to form your own informed views.
Alongside my teaching, I run two podcasts: The Political Dispatch, which explores big issues and ideas in a conversational way, and Spare a Thought, where I shine a light on people, ideas, and organisations that are often overlooked or misrepresented in the media.
