Salut! I'm a final year student at Swansea University, with French degree. After a year studying in France, I achieved C1 proficiency on top of 10 years of studying French.

Salut! I'm a final year student at Swansea University, with French degree. After a year studying in France, I achieved C1 proficiency on top of 10 years of studying French.
Our lessons together will be inspired by the exam board you're studying with and then matched with core skills that we need to work on. One thing to always bear in mind: If you don't know ask, it's my job to help you!
Oral Classes - The first hurdle to leap over in French speaking is confidence. To overcome this we will spend time discussing a topic relevant to your course in French but in a stress free environment. This will include more slowed conversations to build up your courage.
Writing and Reading - Although the writing and reading exams are vastly different certain skills such as a profound understanding of French grammar and vocabulary are key. Therefore, a portion of our lessons together will focus on a major grammar point with a a reading or writing task after.
Listening - It is easy to panic about the speed of listening exams. A skill that's highly useful to counter the speed of the exams will be French note-taking. When we work on listening tasks together we'll focus on time management and the retention of information.
If you have any queries about any of these points please feel free to send me an email :)
