I hold qualified teacher status in the UK, as well as a TEFL certification. I have five years' experience teaching English in Japan, and currently also teach in a language school in the UK.

I graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2016, having studied International Development. I then moved to Japan, where I spent five years teaching English to children and adults both in school and privately. In 2021, I moved back to the UK to complete a PGCE (teaching qualification), focussing on primary education. Having gained further experience teaching in a number primary schools around Norfolk and Suffolk, I now put my training to use teaching English as a foreign language to overseas students in Norwich.

My lessons focus not only on grammar, vocabulary and test prep, but on communication (speaking and listening) ability and real life skills.
