I am outgoing and confident, so I’m sure we will get on well! I try to engage and interest students in order to optimise their understanding. Anything you aren’t quite sure about I can explain in further detail, and I am extremely accommodating of all abilities.

As well as being a maths tutor and economics student, I’m a keen sportsman and love being active, so it’s more than likely we will have things in common. From competing in a national final in rugby to achieving a black belt in kickboxing, I have always pushed myself to my best ability in every field of life.

I have always excelled in maths which first lead to my teacher asking me to tutor other students in my class, which then lead to me tutoring others from different ages and schools.

As a recent student myself, I feel it both helps me engage with my students and also share my experiences and learning, explaining what methods helped me in achieving an A* in Mathematics in one year of A Levels. Tutoring simultaneously to my studies allowed me to understand the subject in greater depth, and work through problems I hadn’t realised I would need to!
