I was very happy to have Tom as my tutor. He is friendly, patient, and really helped me understand parts of the curriculum I was struggling with by making complicated concepts a lot easier to get. The lessons were always fun and engaging and his sense of humour made the learning a lot better for me than it was at school and I looked forward to them. Tom was a really great tutor. He had such enthusiasm for the geography sessions we did together, as well as being very knowledgeable. He quickly put me at ease and he was very patient when I was finding things a bit difficult. He helped me a lot with my writing skills, showing me how to present what I had learnt in the best way. It was clear he had put a lot of thought and effort into his materials. His PowerPoint slides were really helpful and kept my interest. Having the sessions with Tom really helped improve my confidence in the subject and my grades. I would definitely recommend him.
