Experience of teach English in Asia for 6 months.
Obtained A* levels of competence at both GCSE & Sixth Form.
Lessons will involve capability training, one to one teaching and games to cover all areas.
We will be using books of choice to start from basic all the way through to expert.
My method is to start from wherever the learner needs, then to adapt, build and practice.
I specialise in grammar and will put a focus on this from the start in order to progress.
The basics of lining up sentences and then on to the best scenarios in which to provide adjectives.
In my lessons we will learn how to punctuate correctly throughout and use different words for the same meanings in order to give a very different way of speaking English.
The games we will cover will be lessons that include letter writing to focus on paragraphs.
In these games we will also include spelling checks and a focus on specifics.
For example ‘Their’, ‘they’re’ and ‘there.
I excel in the ability to change the mind that English is simple and will be looking to make my students not only competent in English but exceptional at it also.
Since leaving school and university my core values have all been based around the necessity to speak perfect English in everything I do.
This ranges from job roles I have succeeded in and in general life also.
