My lessons will be tailored to your specific needs and so will not have one standard format or only cover specific content areas. I am confident teaching all that is required up to a first year of university level. The lessons will focus on what you seek to gain out of them, whether that is a greater understanding of all the content, specific weaknesses that you wish to address, a chance to revisit and reinforce recently taught content, look ahead to upcoming content, or just a chance to practice applying your knowledge through questions. I aim to be a fun and engaging teacher and to take advantage of the different nature of 1-on-1 tutoring compared to a classroom setting to further your knowledge and allow you to engage with the course at the level you are capable of. I have experience teaching school age children science as a learning mentor (TA/tutor), and I have experience taking physics concepts and breaking them down into manageable and teachable chunks from my work as a physics question writer (which also includes creating content overviews alongside the questions) for an online revision bank.
