I teach online or in person as required.

I use a variety of materials as appropriate to student needs.

I will always start by understanding what a student is trying to achieve by taking tutoring e.g. learning a specific syllabus area, improving problem areas or exam technique / question practise.

A typical lesson will consist of joint expectation setting and agreement of goals. An introduction and discussion of a topic followed by question practise as appropriate.

Examples may be used from past papers or study guides. Over the course of several lessons knowledge progression will be tracked and revisited as required to achieve agreed outcomes.

The end of the lesson will cover homework, suggested self study and a plan for the next session if required.
