When teaching individually I tailor lessons to each students needs. Even if you are learning for fun or if you are studying for your Rock School guitar grades. We will start with exploring your favourite music genres and songs learning what we can from them. Then we will move on to learning basic techniques such as strumming and picking and I will guide you through to learning more advance techniques to help you master the electric guitar. On top of this I also teach students production, theory and songwriting as these are essential for musicians in the modern world. Although I specialise in blues, rock and heavy metal I am more than happy to teach you a variety of genres as I can also play funk, jazz and reggae for example.

When teaching, the most important thing to me is always the enjoyment of music for the student.
